Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your rental agreement with Flex Elite Motors. By reserving a vehicle you agree to the following.
1. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 28 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and provide proof of full-coverage insurance that extends to high-value rental vehicles.
A credit card in the renter's name is required for the security deposit authorization.
2. Reservations & Payment
The rental total is charged at the time of booking through our secure payment processor. A refundable security deposit is authorized separately at pickup and released upon return of the vehicle in its original condition.
3. Mileage & Fuel
Daily rentals include a set number of free miles per day; additional miles are billed at the vehicle's per-mile rate. Weekly and monthly rentals include unlimited mileage. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
4. Cancellations
Reservations cancelled at least 72 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup forfeit the first day's rental rate.
5. Prohibited Use
Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-roading (except designated models), towing, sub-letting, or any illegal activity. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional charges.
6. Liability
The renter is responsible for all damage, citations, tolls, and fees incurred during the rental period. Flex Elite Motors is not liable for personal property left in the vehicle.
